Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

Email us at return@akasco.co.uk within the 14-day period with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Free Return Shipping

Akasco® provides a prepaid return label for your convenience. Retain a valid postage receipt for your records.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in original packaging

Products opened for examination should remain undamaged, including the box and packaging

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Pack & Ship

Package your item securely and attach the label. Keep your postage receipt

Wait for Inspection

We'll inspect your return and notify you of approval or rejection

Refunds

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time
  4. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at return@akasco.co.uk

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at return@akasco.co.uk. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
